Dear Parents, Teachers, Classified Members, Administrators & Board Members,
It is time to rally around public education & inform the public about the Governor’s proposed budget cuts.
Who: Parents, Teachers, Classified Members, Administrators, Board Members
When: Friday, April 18, 5-6 PM
Where: Along the Emerald, Vista Village & Sunset Ave/Escondido Ave Overpasses
Vista rally participants will man the Emerald overpass, VistaVillage overpass & Sunset Ave/Escondido Ave overpass.
At the same time Vista participants are sharing... Oceanside, San Marcos, Carlsbad, San Dieguito, Ramona, Poway, ValleyCenter will be sharing out from other overpasses throughout N. County.
At the same time communities are sharing out at overpasses... speakers will address a crowd at the N. County Regional Education Center in San Marcos. This group will then march to the TwinOaksValley overpass at Highway 78.
At Monday’s Rep Council meeting more information will be forthcoming providing you with the specific overpass your site will be assigned to man and talking points for future use. STAY TUNED!
